I am beginning to lose count with this win streak. ODU continues to roll! This has been something we all expected. This is something we all believed the Monarchs could do and now they are marching heavily and mightily. This marks 4 in a row for the Monarchs. They defeated MTSU 24-17 on the road. This was some of the cleanest football we’ve seen not only from Hayden Wolff, but from this entire ODU team. Wolff didn’t have any interceptions and the Monarchs didn’t turn the ball over at all in this matchup. There was solid production from the running game yet again from ODU as their 2 Headed Backfield ended this game with a TD each.

Running the ball effectively like that has been key for the turnaround with the Monarchs. They’ve really been able to control the game. It’s definitely helped Hayden Wolff out there on the field as he looks poised in the pocket. Mistake free football is always something to hang your head high on. Hayden Wolff didn’t commit any turnovers as he passed for over 200 yards throwing a TD to Zack Kuntz. The Monarchs really look like a solid team. Better late than never is the saying. They will be hosting Charlotte next week in their season finale as they hope to end their season on a high to push their win streak to 5 in a row! Coach Rahne HAS to be extremely proud of the way his team has turned things around.
