Is Coach Rahne’s Job On The Line At ODU? (11-20-22)

The ODU Monarchs are now on a five game losing streak as they loss yet again over the weekend to Appalachain State 27-14. The offense has been non-existent as they have averaged just 6 PPG over their last three games. All season, the Monarchs have had problems stopping the run as well as running the ball effectively themselves. ODU now falls to 2-5 which is at the very bottom of their division.
The question that may be on everyone’s mind is who will answer for such an awful season. Is Head Coach Ricky Rahne’s job on the line here?
Last season was his first true season as the team’s head coach. It was definitely a rough start however, they finished strong late in the season. This year, the entire season has been bad to say the least as they only have two wins to answer for at the moment. With the regular season being close to done, you never know what could happen within these last days. However, one has to wonder has HC Ricky Rahnes loss the locker room? No matter the case, he has proven to be a good head coach on this collegiate level.
