Complete Overhaul Needed for the Miami Dolphins

One of the hardest things to do in life is come to terms with what may be a bad situation. That is hard for anyone to do. Many people have a hard time accepting difficult situations in life. We all tend to avoid stating the obvious or even accepting defeat. However, to move forward and move past our failures, we must accept the L’s as they come in life. With that being said, the time has come for the Miami Dolphins to look in the mirror and face reality. Their best player offensively, Tyreke Hill, has a desire for a fresh start. He doesn’t want to be there and it is obvious. After he scored a touchdown in their loss against the Buffalo Bills, Hill was found celebrating by himself. When you have unhappy players, that tends to ruin chemistry and ruin seasons.

Additionally, the man throwing him the ball has struggled too. Ever since the bad concussion he suffered on live national television during Monday Night Football, he hasn’t quite been the same. Because of that, what once looked like the future of wide receivers in the NFL, Jaylen Waddle has regressed ever since his rookie season. Head Coach Mike McDaniels looks checked out. He is better suited as an offensive coordinator anyway. The Dolphins’ offense looks as bad as their defense. It feels as if the Miami Dolphins should look to move off of these expensive players they currently roster to get some draft picks. They also should tank, and prepare for a rebuild because the window to win a Super Bowl has closed for this team.

Why Carson Wentz Deserves Respect in the NFL

Carson Wentz’s NFL journey has been one of highs and lows, but through it all, he has earned a significant amount of respect for his perseverance and contributions to the game. Few players have experienced the kind of rise and setback that Wentz has, yet, he continues to prove his value in the league. In 2018, Wentz was on the brink of greatness. His stellar play for the Philadelphia Eagles had him on track to win the NFL’s regular-season MVP award. Many people forget how talented Wentz was as he had the skillset to be a pocket passer and make plays with his legs while standing tall at 6’5. However, a devastating knee injury cut his season short, sidelining him for the Eagles’ playoff run. Despite not being on the field for their Super Bowl victory, Wentz’s influence was undeniable. Without his exceptional play throughout the regular season, the Eagles would not have made the postseason, let alone won the Super Bowl. His leadership and performance laid the foundation for their championship run.

After his time in Philadelphia, Wentz continued to play for multiple teams, including the Indianapolis Colts, Washington Commanders, Los Angeles Rams, Kansas City Chiefs, and Minnesota Vikings. While his career path has had its challenges, including injuries and changes in teams, Wentz has consistently been able to contribute and lead these organizations to success. His ability to adapt to different systems and continue to perform at a high level speaks volumes about his resilience and skill. Many players would have faded into obscurity after facing the adversity Wentz has endured. Yet, Carson Wentz remains a valuable player in the NFL, demonstrating a level of professionalism and tenacity that is often overlooked. Despite his career not following the trajectory once expected, Wentz’s contributions deserve recognition. He’s a quarterback who fought through adversity, maintained his high level of play, and continues to be an asset in the league as he started and won over the weekend for the Vikings. The documentary on his career is one that we all should highly anticipate and look forward to. Carson Wentz deserves his respect and his flowers.
