On Saturday, October 5th, WWE brings to you the Bad Blood Premium Live Event. This PLE took place at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, GA, and was hosted by Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and Naomi. At the beginning of the show, these three women were in the ring to kick things off and get the crowd hype for the opening match.

The match card for the Bad Blood PLE is of the following:

Hell in a Cell match:

CM Punk vs Drew McIntyre

WWE Women’s Championship match:

Nia Jax (c) vs Bayley

Singles match:

Finn Balor vs Damien Priest

Women’s World Championship match:

Liv Morgan (c) vs Rhea Ripley

Tag Team match:

Cody Rhodes & Roman Reigns vs Solo Sikoa & Jacob Fatu

Hell in a Cell match

At the beginning of the match, the two competitors stared each other down. After an exchange of blows between the two, Drew gets the upper hand on Punk. CM Punk fights back and drives McIntyre’s head and body into the cell. CM Punk introduces a table to the match but is stopped after a chair shot to the back from McIntyre. Drew brings in a toolbox and attempts to use a wrench on Punk. He’s stopped and the wrench is then used on him instead. McIntyre reverses Punk’s GTS into a Claymore Kick on the outside of the ring. Drew then drives CM Punk’s face into the cell causing him to become busted open. Drew takes the steel steps and bounces it off the head of Punk. While on the outside of the ring, CM Punk strikes McIntyre in the head with the toolbox, which results in Drew being busted open. Punk connects with a GTS, but Drew manages to roll out of the ring. Drew then hits another Claymore, but only for a near fall. McIntyre misses with his third Claymore attempt and is put in a Sharpshooter by Punk. McIntyre would suplex CM Punk off of the ring apron to the floor through a table. Once they get back into the ring, Punk hits Drew with another GTS for a near fall. Then, Drew would then hit the White Noise on Punk onto the steel steps for a near fall of his own. After hitting Punk with a low blow, Drew dumps a bag of beads over the head of Punk. He then attempts and misses another Claymore hitting his lower back on the steel steps. CM Punk would wrap a chain around his knee and then connect with a GTS on Drew for the three count.

WWE Women’s Championship match

As soon as the bell rang, Nia Jax used her size advantage over Bayley to take the early control of the match. The challenger cannot muster up any offense at the beginning. After a minor mistake by the champion, Bayley uses her quickness to hit a Leg Drop and gain some momentum. Bayley’s Powerbomb attempt is reversed and Nia hits her with a body slam for a two-count. Jax Powerbombs Bayley onto the steel steps, and then tosses her into the barricade. After the referee is accidentally knocked down, Bayley connects with the Rose Plant. Tiffany Stratton makes her way to the ring and attacks Bayley. Nia connects with a Samoan Drop from the top rope. She would then follow up with the Annihilator for the three count. And still WWE Women’s Champion, Nia Jax!

Finn Balor vs Damien Priest

Finn Balor begins the match by slapping Damien Priest in the chest. This seemed to only anger Priest, as he proceeds to beat Balor. Finn manages to gain the upper hand after connecting with a Sling Blade on the outside of the ring. The priest regains control after a series of strikes. He hits the Falcon Arrow for a two-count. Balor then grounds Priest with a kick to the face. Damien Priest gathers himself and hits a Razor’s Edge for a near fall. Priest gets distracted by Carlito and JD McDonagh allowing Balor to hit the Coup de Grace for a near fall. Balor connects with two more Coup de Grace but is caught on the third attempt. Priest hits the South of Heaven for the three counts.

Triple H comes out to the ring to hype up the Crown Jewel PLE and introduces the Crown Jewel championship. Gunther makes his way to the ring. He addresses the WWE legends in attendance and proceeds to disrespect Bill Goldberg. As Goldberg is being held back by security, Sami Zayn attacks Gunther. The segment ends with Triple H raising Goldberg’s hand and saying “You’re Next” to Gunther.

Women’s World Championship match

The match begins after Dominik Mysterio is placed in a shark cage and hoisted up in the air. Rhea Ripley is the aggressor at the start of the match. Liv Morgan manages to gain some control after attacking the knee of Ripley. Morgan focuses on the injured knee of Rhea. After reversing Liv’s Ob-LIV-ion, Rhea attempts the Riptide. It is countered by Liv’s new move called the Home Wrecker. This would result in a near fall. As the match continues, Dom opens the cage door. Rhea connects with Frog Splash for a two-count. Ripley manages to hit the Riptide on Liv on the outside of the ring. Dom falls out of the cage but is hanging by his foot. Rhea gets a Kendo Stick and begins to hit Dom with it continuously. Raquel Rodriguez returns to attack Rhea Ripley which results in disqualification. Rhea wins by DQ, but Liv Morgan retains her title.

Tag Team match

Cody Rhodes and Jacob Fatu start the match. Rhodes connects with a Disaster Kick but to no avail. Solo tags in and Cody tags in Roman Reigns. Reigns take the fight to Sikoa. After the distraction from Fatu, Solo gains the upper hand on Roman. Jacob Fatu tags in and continues the assault on Roman Reigns. Rhodes then connects with Cody Cutter. Before he can hit the Cross Rhodes, Solo causes Cody to become distracted long enough for Fatu to regain control. Sikoa and Fatu isolate Cody from Reigns and the beatdown continues. Before Cody can make the tag to Roman, he is pulled away from the ring apron by Jacob Fatu. Fatu goes for a Swanton, but Rhodes can get his knees up. This gives Cody enough time to make the much-needed tag to Roman. He hits the Superman Punch on Solo for a near fall. After a double Superkick by Sikoa and Fatu, Jacob connects with a Moonsault and Solo hits a Splash. Rhodes would make the save during the pin attempt. With Fatu lying on the announce table, Cody climbs to the top rope and hits a Splash onto Fatu through the table. Reigns and Sikoa exchange blows back and forth before Roman hits the Superman Punch. The Bloodline 2.0 comes down to the ring to interfere in the match. This causes Roman to get hit with a Spear by Solo for the near fall. Out of nowhere, Jimmy Uso appears and takes out the tag team champions. Roman then hits the Spear on Solo for the three count. After the match Reigns and Rhodes acknowledge each other in the ring before he leaves with Jimmy. The Bloodline 2.0 attacks Cody from behind until Roman and Jimmy make the save and clear the ring of the Bloodline. Reigns hands Cody the championship, and then The Rock’s music hits. He comes out and stares down at Roman, Cody, and Jimmy before going back through the curtain.

The next WWE Premium Live Event takes place on Saturday, November 2nd in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel.
