This is the week that we all have been waiting for it’s week 1 in the National Football League. I hope everyone is ready for some football and for some bold predictions. My predictions for the NFL are just a little different, I will give you the top five games of the week. The games being selected are Sunday games only. I will do special videos on Thursday and Monday night games on my Youtube channel, the No BS Sports Zone. I will give a brief explanation on why I feel you should watch these five particular games. Now it’s time for some bold predictions let’s go!

Week 1- Sunday September 10, 2017
#5. Pittsburgh @ Cleveland 1 pm on CBS

Why is this game important? This game is important for four reasons.

Can Cleveland Defense hold Big Ben and the Steelers down? Photo owned by USA Today
 1. How does Le’Veon Bell respond to missing all of training camp and pre-season. Will he ball out or get injured like most guys who miss training camp for contract disputes.
2. How does Cleveland’s young defense respond to such an explosive offense, week 1 will answer that question without a doubt?
3. Joe Haden Returns to Cleveland after being released last week!
4. My fourth reason and final for the games intrigue is simply, how will Deshone Kizer respond to being the quarterback of a team in Cleveland that has had more quarterbacks than Taylor Swift has had boyfriends. We shall see.
Prediction: Cleveland with the upset 24-21
#4. New York Giants @ Dallas Cowboys 8:15 on NBC

-Why is this game important? I have two reasons why.

1. How does Eli respond to still having a bad offensive line and the possibility of having two of his main targets hampered by lingering injuries?
2. Can the Cowboys front line get pressure and is the secondary ready to step up and stop somebody?
Prediction: Giants win 24-13
#3. Atlanta @ Chicago 1 pm on Fox

Why is this game important? I have two simple reasons

 1. How will the Falcons look in week 1, after the debacle in the Super Bowl against the Patriots? It can’t be easy coming back for a season, when you gave up a 28-3 lead.
2. Who will be playing quarterback by the 4th Quarter for Chicago? Let the drama begin in the Windy city.
Prediction: Falcons win 31-17
#2. Oakland @ Tennessee 1 pm on CBS

Why is this game important? I have two reasons why it’s must see.

1. How will the two young Quarterbacks perform? Marcus Mariota & Derek Carr are coming back from injuries suffered in week 16 from last season. Same injury hame only a hour apart, Crazy right? Also, how do they handle the pressure and the hype associated with their teams this year.
2. Will the Raiders running game get better or worst with Marshawn Lynch now in Oakland?
Prediction: Raiders win 28-27
#1. Seattle @ Green Bay 4:25 on Fox

Why is this game important? I have just one reason why it’s must see.

1. I don’t have to even say why this game is important, it’s the rivalry of Green Bay and Seattle. These teams do not like each other. This is the game where Eddie Lacy looks to get his revenge on the team that stop believing in him and let him go to the enemy. We also get to see that Seattle defense, who just added Sheldon Richardson going against perhaps the best arsenal of weapons in the NFL. We get two of the most elusive quarterbacks in this game featuring “Mr. R-E-L-A-X” Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson. If this game can live up to hype, then we should get an excellent match up here in week one.
Prediction: Seattle wins 24-21
